    Microsoft Windows: Learn to navigate the Microsoft Windows desktop. Opening and closing windows, arranging windows, copying information between windows and working with multiple windows.

    Word Processor: Learn to create, open, close and save a document. How to edit, insert, and format text. Using the tool bar, status bar, moving files, copying files and folders using Microsoft Word.

    Spreadsheet: Create, open, close and save worksheets. Entering labels, making simple corrections, working with cells, rows, columns, and using formulas in Microsoft Excel.

    Database: Create a database, find and sort data, work in reports, queries, forms, and create a database using Microsoft Access.

    Presentations: Learn to create a presentation, adding transitions and timings. Creating presentations using the annotator and integrating Word documents, spreadsheets and other files into the presentation.

    PC Troublshooting: Learn how to tune your company's systems for peak performance. You will learn to troubleshoot systems quickly, how to recover lost files, password protect systems and perform disk maintenance functions for faster and longer lasting performance.
